Dry goods orders ship Monday-Friday.

When we prepare to ship your order, your local weather report is researched based on the zip code you provide for delivery to determine whether insulation, heat packs, ice packs or phase packs are needed in your package. These are packed when necessary, at no extra cost to you, regardless of your order qualifying for our Live Arrival Guarantee.
Any DOA (dead on arrival) shipments that were placed to be delivered to your residence must be reported to us with photos provided within 1 hour from the timestamped delivery listed by your carrier. You can provide these photos to 201-834-6024 or in an e-mail sent to doa@iso-flora.com.
Any DOA shipments that were placed to be held for pickup at your local USPS/UPS/FEDEX location must have been picked up within 24 hours from the timestamped arrival listed by your carrier and reported to use within 1 hour from your pickup time listed by your carrier. You can provide these photos in an e-mail sent to doa@iso-flora.com.
Our local delivery is open to several counties in Northern NJ and Rockland County, NY. Please feel free to e-mail us at shipping@iso-flora.com on whether your zip code qualifies for local delivery.
Orders placed before 12PM EST are delivered same-day.
Orders placed after 12PM EST are delivered next-day.
We cannot be held responsible for any unexpected shipping delays whether it be UPS/USPS/FedEx once it has left our possession.*
